Korolev Nikita Andreevich, Tax ID (INN) 622907455588, acting as a self-employed individual under Federal Law No. 422-FZ “On Professional Income Tax”, hereinafter referred to as the Provider, publishes this document as a public offer in accordance with Articles 435–437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (the Offer).

This Offer is addressed to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, regardless of country of residence.

Payment for the Services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer and forms a legally binding electronic agreement. No handwritten or physical signature is required.

This Offer applies to users located in the Russian Federation, the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

• Offer — the Provider’s proposal to conclude an agreement under the terms of this document.
• Acceptance — full acceptance of the Offer by payment for the Services.
• Services — granting lifetime (unlimited) access to a digital design library.
• Platform — the Provider’s website located at https://rts-visualcompass.com.
• Materials — digital intellectual property objects, including but not limited to 3D elements, shapes, textures, color palettes, fonts, mockups, templates, and collections.

The Provider grants the Customer access to a digital library of design materials hosted on the Platform.

Services are provided remotely in electronic form.

Access is granted within 24 hours after successful payment.

The price of the Services is USD 150 (one hundred fifty US dollars).

Payment is made as a 100% prepayment using available payment systems.

The obligation to pay is considered fulfilled at the moment the funds are credited to the Provider.

The Provider does not store payment card data.

An electronic receipt is issued in accordance with applicable law.

The Provider undertakes to:

• grant access within the stated timeframe;
• maintain basic operability of the Platform;
• ensure confidentiality of personal data.

The Provider has the right to:

• modify the structure and content of the Platform without prior notice;
• suspend or terminate access in case of violation of this Offer.

The Customer undertakes to:

• provide accurate information;
• not grant access to third parties;
• not distribute, resell, copy, sublicense, or otherwise unlawfully use the Materials.

All Materials are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to the Provider or respective rightsholders.

The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial use.

Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, inclusion in competing products, packs, courses, subscriptions, or libraries, as well as public distribution via websites, cloud storage, social networks, or messaging platforms, is strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in suspension of access and legal action.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ (Russia), GDPR principles (EU), and CCPA principles (US), where applicable.

Personal data is used solely to perform this Agreement, process payments, and issue receipts.

The Provider is not liable for internet failures, interruptions of third-party services or payment systems, or unmet subjective expectations of the Customer.

Total liability of the Provider shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer.

Due to the digital nature of the Services, refunds are not available after access is granted, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

After access is provided, the Service is considered fully rendered.

All information received from the Customer is confidential and shall not be disclosed, except as required by law.

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical outages.

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory local laws of the Customer’s jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations prior to litigation.

The Provider may amend this Offer at any time by publishing a new version on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Offer.

This Offer enters into force upon payment and remains valid for the entire period of access.
